How do I use my Directory at a Trade Show?
1. Before the Show call the Farm out Company's and find out if they are attending the Show
2. Find out if the Affiliate Manager or a representive of the company is attending
3. Get the Affiliate Managers Cell Phone Number
4. Call the Affiliate manager off the fly from your cell and arrange to meet each other at one of the Exhibitor Booths
There is nothing more powerfull in business than having a meeting with another Limousine Network Provider, Person to Person, and you having the knowledge in advance that this company has the ability and capability of farming work out into your City!
More helpful Hints?
Yes! Call and get to know the Affiliate Manager every 4 months. Build a solid relationship with them, even if they tell you they are working with another company, do not give up! You want to be the person they think of first, when the time comes that they are looking for a secondary provider or when they are looking to replace the present provider!
Here is a typical response you may hear:
"We already have an affiliate and are happy with them."
Some of these company’s have a secondary company also. If they don't, suggest that they consider you! Keep in touch! Contact them every 4 months.

Only does local business with the general public within his/her city (mosty weekend business).
Local General Public & Corporate -
Only does local business with the general public within his/her city and local corporate business with clients in his/her city.
Corporate Only -
Only does corporate work from within his/her city. (No network farm in work.)
Corporate Only -
Works with networks inbound only and local and out of city corporations. Corporate Only - Works with networks that farm in and out of your own city to other operators; corporate work only from within his/her city locally and out of town Limousine Broker = Farms out jobs to affiliates out of town and owns no vehicles Limousine Network.
Has established their own nationwide affiliates that they have chosen to represent them in other cities; may have more than one affiliate per city; some limousine networks have no vehicles.
Some companies may be an affiliate of a large national network but if they have a relationship with you, they may deal directly with you due to the profit potential on their bottom line.
